Steven Moore joined ElecLink in 2015. Steven has over 20 years of commercial experience in the electricity sector, the majority of which have been in the areas of energy trading, structuring and origination and asset optimisation. Prior to joining ElecLink, Steven spent six years with EDF in various senior management positions, including three years in Paris where he was Group Director of Commerce, Optimisation and Trading. Before joining EDF Energy, Steven was the Power Markets Director at British Energy.

Richard Sidley joined ElecLink in 2021. Prior to Eleclink, Richard worked for Transmission Investment in their interconnector development team which included the FAB Link project. This position followed a period of 8 years with National Grid on their interconnector projects including BritNed construction and operations and IFA operations.

Yussuf Fidahoussen has over 10 years of experience in Finance. Yussuf joined ElecLink in 2018, prior joining the team Yussuf spent 7 years working in professional services (for KPMG Paris & Mazars London) providing audits services for large and listed infrastructure companies.

Michelle Baker joined ElecLink in 2020 and has been in the role of Head of Legal and Company Secretary since late 2021. Michelle is originally from New Zealand and has over 13 years of legal experience specialising in energy law, both in private practice and inhouse. Prior to joining ElecLink, Michelle worked as an in-house senior solicitor in the upstream oil and gas industry for over 5 years, including at Premier Oil and at OMV.

Catarina Santos has worked in human resources for over 8 years. Catarina joined ElecLink in 2021 and prior to ElecLink, Catarina worked in Aviation, Food Manufacturing and Media industries.
